Sharnelle and Kylie - Elders Real Estate

Sharnelle became a Real Estate Agent in 2002, and Kylie followed closely in 2004. Together, they created their future team to become an award-winning 'Sharnelle James Properties', a mother-daughter team. ​ Their story: Sharnelle became a fully licensed real estate agent 24 years ago after being heavily involved in a family building company, Sharnelle Homes, which very a respected local builder and specialising in building individually designed homes. Sharnelle was sourced by another great real estate agency to start her career as she had the passion and knowledge of the local area and surrounding suburbs. They believed in her. After Sharnelle started,18 months later, Kylie started fresh out of high school to become a personal assistant to Sharnelle. Kylie then studied and became a fully licensed sales agent with REIQ and focused on being the buyer manager of the team. Today, both Sharnelle and Kylie share equal roles in looking after all of their sellers and all of their buyers...
